Ingredients
Dressing
½ cup mayo or salad dressing
⅓ cup water
1 tablespoon bottled chili or BBQ sauce
1½ teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1½ teaspoons dried chives, crumbled
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 ounces (3 cups) rotini pasta
1 large tomato, coarsely chopped
6 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until blended.
- Put chicken in a pot with enough water to cover them. Bring to boil, reduce to low and simmer 8-10 minutes until chicken is no longer pink in the center. Remove and put on cutting board to cool.
- Make pasta and drain.
- Make bacon and drain.
- Combine ingredients with dressing.
